Rivera

Attorney Danielle Rivera completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While in law school, she volunteered for the YWCA assisting victims of domestic violence with restraining orders and family law issues. Since graduating Ms. Rivera has represented clients in Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties.

With her prior experience in the law, social work, and probation Ms. Rivera has the skill set necessary to problem solve high conflict situations. She takes time to understand her client’s individual needs and goals in order to customize their case strategy.

While her practice is primarily focused on family law cases, she is also passionate about grandparent’s visitation rights and guardianship matters. She has represented numerous grandparents and guardians in family court and probate court.

Lauren Stiles

Paralegal

Paralegal Lauren Stiles received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. She then obtained her Paralegal Certificate in Civil Litigation, with Honors, from the University of San Diego School of Law and Paralegal Progarm.

Lauren’s knowledge and experience covers many practice areas. She has twenty years of experience in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate Formation & Transactions, Creditor’s Rights Disputes, and Employment Law.

Lauren is also certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and holds an Advanced Paralegal Certification in Real Estate Principles.

Her breadth of experience and understanding of different practice areas allows her to problem solve with clients and come up with creative solutions even for the most complicated cases.

LInda Howard

Paralegal

Linda completed her undergraduate education at Northwestern State University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Linda then went on to earn her paralegal certificate from El Centro College.

Since becoming a paralegal over 15 years ago, Linda has gained experience in several practice areas but her primary focus has been in family law.

Linda recently obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from The Colleges of Law, Ventura Campus, where she held a leadership role on the Student Bar Association. Linda also focused on honing her mediation skills during law school in order to assist clients with resolving their matters without the need to resort to litigation, if possible.

With her extensive prior experience along with her education she has the expertise to help clients overcome the stressful and difficult issues they are facing.

Dora Harres

Administrative Assistant

When Dora joined the firm she brought her extensive administrative experience with her. Dora spent many years serving as a Front Desk Coordinator, Assistant to the Vice Principal, and a Translator for the EEP Program in a Chicago area school district. Dora was instrumental in assisting numerous Spanish-speaking families in overcoming communication barriers to ensure that educators and parents were able to effectively support the kids in her Chicago area school district.

Dora is the initial contact for new and current clients. She is ready and engaged in helping to schedule consultations, appointments, and warmly welcoming everyone into the office.
